We had a great stay as a family of 4 at this cute cottage. We enjoyed walking to get coffee every morning & visiting the brewery around the corner. We would definitely stay here again.

This house was great location! Easy to get to Lewes and Rehoboth, stores are close, mini golf for the kids. The game garage kept the kids entertained! Spacious home and great for two families. Will definitely be back!!!

The apartment was very spacious and well-stocked with soft towels and was in a great location that was a short drive to the beach and walkable to cute restaurants and activities. Laura and Red were really responsive and gave great local recommendations.

Laura and Red’s home was comfortable and exactly as described. The location was convenient, with easy access to the beach, dining, and outlets. The instructions were clear, and the hosts were very responsive.

We really enjoyed our quiet retreat at the Barn Artist Studio! Laura let us check in early (basically dependent on when the cleaners finish up) and the place was just as the photos depicted. It was very clean! Right off the bike trail and Laura and Red provide bikes (and helmets, locks, etc) to us so we could get around easily but it’s also super easy to get to by car. You can walk to the beach but probably wouldn’t want to carry much with you due to distance (~1 mile). Walkable to restaurants, for sure! Laura was super responsive to our messages within 1 hour of sending. Would 100% consider any of their beautiful rentals again for future visits to the Delaware beaches! Thanks Laura and Red!

We had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend this place to anyone staying in the area! It was convenient and comfortable! Quiet area close to the main attractions or Rehoboth. Laura and Red were easy to reach if needed and provided wonderful recommendations!

my partner and I have stayed at this Airbnb for two years running and we plan to make it a third next year! the location couldn't be more perfect, tucked right along the bike path, getting to the beach on bike (or foot) is effortless, not to mention secluded. Laura and Red make it easy too with incredible on-site bikes! our trip overlapped with Hurricane Erin and yet it didn't ruin our beach trip because of how accessible restaurants, activities, and even other beaches (Lewes was a 7 minute drive) are to the airbnb. yet another successful year at Rehoboth staying in Laura and Red's wonderful vacation home!

We really enjoyed our stay at Laura and Red's barn! It was the perfect amount of space for my partner and I with everything we needed. We especially appreciated the chairs and towels provided for the beach as well as the kitchen being large enough to cook if we wanted to. Laura and Red responded right away with a quick question we had during our stay and were nothimg but helpful! We hope we'll be able to return next summer!

We had a fantastic stay! The home was spotless, very comfortable, and had everything we needed for our trip. The game room in the garage and the hot tub were a big hit with the kids and fun to take advantage of at night once we were done with the beach. Laura and Red were incredibly friendly and responsive, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!
