Each downstairs bedroom has a queen bed, blackout curtains, hooks and dressers. They share a brand new bathroom with modern tile, brass hardware and a custom tile shower and beautiful stone top vanity. There is a separate work space with a mango wood desk facing a window overlooking the backyard. The family room has genuine leather seating. The spiral staircase leading up to the king primary suite and the stone fireplace are some of the unique design features that make this house special. You can also access the primary suite by the back stairs, which lead up to a sun deck with 2 loungers. There are 2 smart TVs, one in the primary and one in the living room. The primary bathroom has charming black and white penny tiles and American Standard vintage sink and toilets in mint condition. The primary has a king size bed and a twin bed for any extra guests.

The front door automatically locks when closed. You will have a code to access the door. The Indoor fireplace is not functioning, and is not to be used.

Guests can park up to 3 cars and have full access to the whole house and fenced in yard. Beach chairs, beach towels a small cooler and umbrella are provided. All bedding, linens, bath towels, shampoo and conditioner are provided. A Keurig, coffee pot, K cups, tea, sugar, olive oil, some creams and some spices can be found in the kitchen. Detergent and dryer sheets are in the laundry area.
