The bungalow has parking for 4 cars in the driveway. There are 4 bedrooms and 3 full tile bathrooms. Downstairs is the primary suite with a king bed, vaulted ceiling and french doors. The primary bath has a brand new penny tile shower. The queen bedroom ensuite is also downstairs. The living room has a smart tv, the dining room has a huge custom made banquette and table for 10 next to a cabinet full of games and books. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, each with vaulted ceilings, smart TVs and huge windows. They share a stunning custom emerald tile shower with brass fixtures. The bunk room has custom built in twin bunks, each with their own reading light. There are blackout shades and sound machines in all bedrooms to ensure a good night's sleep. The kitchen has a huge farmhouse sink, chefs knives and everything you need to cook a delicious meal. The back deck has plenty of seating for everyone to hang out and there is a grill for guest use. Enjoy the private outdoor shower after a day at the beach.

Guests can access the entire house and back deck, with parking for 4. Beach chairs, beach towels a small cooler and umbrella are provided. All bedding, linens, bath towels, shampoo and conditioner are provided. A Keurig, coffee pot, K cups, tea, sugar, olive oil, some creamer and some spices can be found in the kitchen. Detergent and dryer sheets are in the laundry area. Bring your own bikes or check out our guidebook for more information on where to rent them.
