Loved this location! The distance to the water wasn’t bad at all- maybe an 8 minute drive. Enjoyed being able to access the trail directly beside the house. Awesome hot tub.

Laura and Red have a beautiful home in Lewes! I had been to Rehoboth many times but this was my first in Lewes - their home made our family’s visit very homey and comfortable. Highly recommend if you plan to visit either beach but want to stay away from the heat of the traffic!

Laura and Red were very accommodating! They provided friendly, clear, professional communication from start to finish with prompt responses to our inquiries during the stay. The information provided beforehand gave us everything we needed to know. Having a private hot tub, backyard access to a paved biking/hiking trail, and parking space for multiple vehicles made our stay well-worth it! The interior of the house was very lovely and everything was professionally cleaned before our arrival. Every sitting/sleeping surface was very comfortable and, combined with the full kitchen, made it easy for us to make ourselves feel at home. The expanded electronics charger station was also a big plus for our family!

Everything we wanted and more! King beds in all four rooms with two upstairs rooms and two downstairs rooms made it perfect for our family. Grandmother and her friend each had their own room downstairs, and our family of four could easily fit upstairs. The hot tub and basement were huge plusses, with foosball and ping pong downstairs in the basement. The best part, for me, was the backyard gate to a lovely walking trail. I walked five miles in the beautiful Delaware weather and enjoyed the sites along the hike and bike trail.
