This newly updated condo is perfect for your next beach vacation. A convenient central location between Rehoboth/Dewey and Lewes Beaches. You can walk to the neighborhood pool. Stylish, clean and comfortable, the unit has two bedrooms, one on either side of the kitchen, an ideal layout for privacy for two couples or a family. Each bedroom has it’s own full bathroom. The screened in porch has a view full of trees. Located right off of Route 1, 3.6 miles from downtown Rehoboth and the boardwalk.
Good to know
Our space has some beautifully unique features. A pallet wood accent wall in the master bedroom, sliding barn doors to the pantry and rustic open shelving in the kitchen. The large sectional couch and tv are great for snuggling up and relaxing. You can sign into any apps with your login. Relax on our quaint screened in porch with your morning coffee and a book with a view of huge mature trees giving you total privacy. The pool is walking distance and is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day :) We provide bath towels, beach towels, bed linens and extra blankets. We also supply mini soaps, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryers in the bathrooms. We provide 4 beach chairs, one small cooler and one umbrella for guests to use. There is also a washer dryer with detergent and dryer sheets. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook! Brand New 2023 pots, pans, sharp knives, spices, olive oil.. etc.

Neighborhood
Our neighborhood is very safe and well kept. It is close to everything, walking distance to Fins Ale House and Raw Bar. You have access to the neighborhood pool with our pool key!
Guest Access
We have a keypad for entry with your own personal code. Private laundry room with washer and dryer. Fully equipped kitchen. Pool access Memorial Day to Labor Day with pool key. Screened in porch. Plenty of free parking.

Parking is free in our neighborhood but we recommend downloading the "Park Mobile" App for public parking in downtown Rehoboth, Dewey and Lewes Beach. Using Uber is a great way to get around since we are close to everything. Then you won't have to find and pay for parking. For the beach, you can park in the state park areas for $8 (DE Plates) or $10 (out of state). We like Gordon's Pond Beach, Key Box Beach, Conquest Beach and the Inidan River Inlet.
