I booked this home for my wife and I for a 47th anniversary getaway.
We were very pleased with our stay. Laura and Red made our celebration all the more special by providing this beautiful, cozy, clean, comfortable home just a few miles from the ocean. It is complete with modern amenities. we especially appreciate it the large kitchen and island area where we and our guests time conversing and sharing meals. The step down living room area allowed for us to have a couple of movie nights together as well. This home has a lot of large window and glass doors which allowed us to enjoy natural light in every room in the house. Close to shopping, restaurants, music and art venues, and the beach, this was an ideal choice.
Laura and Red responded promptly to the few times we had questions or needed information. Check-in/Check out super easy.
I've already spoken to Laura about a next visit in the near future.

We had a great stay at Laura and Red’s artist cottage. The hot tub was a major win and the place has a lovely kitchen and very cozy living room. Everything was easy from checkin to checkout. The amenities were exactly as advertised and the photos are spot on.

We loved our stay at Laura and Red’s Airbnb. The big open kitchen and living room was perfect for our family meals and hanging out all together. The kids enjoyed the hot tub and the garage was the perfect place to watch Sunday football. Laura and Red were excellent hosts and went above and beyond to meet our last minute requests. The house itself is perfectly situated - close enough to the beach and boardwalk and conveniently located to grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, etc. We hope to return and highly recommend this home to others. Thank you!

We stayed at Laura and Red's place while hiking at Cape Henlopen and it was the perfect place to relax after a long day on the trails and beach. The home was spacious, clean and well decorated. The hot tub was great for unwinding in the evening, and we put the fire pit to good use making s'mores. The location was also very convenient, only about 10 minutes from both Cape Henlopen and Rehoboth. I would recommend this place highly to anybody looking to stay in the area.

Laura and Reds place is gorgeous. It has a lovely backyard connected to the trail. House was comfy and had everything you’d need. Instructions were easy and clear for check in/out. They let me know when the house was finished being cleaned so we could head over early. We will definitely book again for our annual trip to Lewes!

me and my partner were looking for a quick getaway from home and thats exactly what we got! it was a great location and all what we had in mind! had a great kitchen, great rooms, hot tub and a great yard with a grill! we loved it! Laura was very helpful with instructions and recommendations for the area! I highly recommend this for a group of friends and/or family! Definitely would visit again!!

We had a wonderful stay at Laura & Red’s place. Beautiful, clean home with clear check in and check out instructions. My kids loved it there and didn’t want to leave because it was just so beautiful. My farm kids really love the beach and can’t wait to come back.

This home was beautiful and a perfect retreat for my family’s weekend getaway. We loved the upscale furniture, soft bedding, homey feel and felt safe in the home and neighborhood. We also truly appreciate the styling and Laura’s art around the house!
I am already planning a stay at one of their other homes in this beautiful beach town next year.

We had a great stay! It was clean and spacious and worked great for 4 adults and a baby. It was easy to find and close to everything. Our hosts were very responsive and helpful. We’d stay again!
